Co Pulse Where your team moves like a Pulse.

gives every team its own shared Pulse. People do not just see what needs doing. They understand where they stand, who moves next, and how the work flows between them. Clearer connection. Smoother handoffs. Less noise.

For the trust model, see Security and Privacy.

Available. Open for a short pop.

Focused. The pulse waits until contact is welcome.

Each person knows their position in the cycle
The mission moves — the team stays connected
Work reaches the right person at the right moment

Each person knows when the work reaches them, where they stand in relation to the rest of the team, and what comes next. No asking. No checking. No breaking focus. The connection happens through the work itself.

What does

Not a tool you open. A Pulse your team moves in.

Once your team is inside its Pulse Space, the system quietly keeps each person aware of where work stands and when their turn is active. You do not need to open it to know. You do not need to ask to understand.

Not a chat tool

does not add another thread, channel, or inbox. Messages surface only when availability allows.

A signal that earns its moment

Pulse Pop is designed around state-aware signals, where only important contact should surface at the right moment - so interruptions happen when they are worth it, not just whenever someone sends them.

Not a monitoring tool

No screen tracking, no keystroke logging, no productivity scoring. never watches how you work.

A shared team rhythm

keeps the team's mission rhythm visible - who holds the work, what state it is in, and when it moves to the next person. The team stays connected to the same cycle without watching each other.

Not a task board

No lists, columns, or sprints. does not manage work - it reflects the state of work.

A cycle your whole team is inside

A Cycle Mission connects every involved person to the same mission flow. When your part moves forward, the next person's state activates. When something returns, the cycle brings it back. Everyone stays connected to the full movement - not just their own piece.

How works

Three layers. One shared team Pulse.

is built around three connected layers. Together they keep people aware of where work stands, make signals intentional, and ensure that handoffs between teammates happen with clarity. The result is a team that communicates strongly without communicating constantly.

Pulse Space

Every team enters its own Pulse. A private environment shaped around its people, its rhythm, and the way work moves between them. It does not feel like a generic space your team has to manage. It feels like something your team already owns.

Pulse Pop

Pulse Pop is a controlled screen signal. It reaches a teammate only when their current state makes the moment worth the interruption. Not every update becomes a signal. Not every signal becomes a distraction. The question the system asks is always: is this moment worth reaching this person right now?

Cycle Mission

A Cycle Mission connects everyone involved to the same flow. Each person sees where the work stands, when it reaches them, and how it continues through the team. When your part moves forward, the next person activates. When something needs revisiting, the cycle brings it back.

Cycle Mission states

Five states. One team cycle.

A Cycle Mission connects everyone involved to the same flow. Each person sees where the work stands, when it reaches them, and how it continues through the team.

Until every person finishes, the cycle stays visible to all. That is what makes it a cycle, not a task.

Waiting

You are part of the cycle, but it has not reached you yet. The work is still moving toward your phase.

Active

The cycle is with you now. Your part is live, and the next movement depends on you.

Completed Part

Your part is complete. The cycle continues through the team, while your connection to it remains visible.

Returned

The cycle has come back to you. A later phase needs something resolved before the work can continue cleanly.

Fully Done

The full cycle is complete. Every part has been finished, and the work leaves the active flow.

Trust principle

Visibility without surveillance. Awareness without control. Connection without noise.

shows mission state, handoff position, and controlled signals - nothing about how a person works. The Pulse system is built to connect teammates through the mission, not to monitor how individuals spend their time. What is visible is what the team chooses to make visible.

No screen tracking
No keystroke logging
No productivity scoring
No hidden monitoring

Build your team's Pulse

Be the first team to enter your own Pulse.

is in early development. The first teams to join will establish their own named Pulse Space, connect their people to Cycle Mission flow, and experience the full team rhythm system before public release. No monitoring. No noise. Just your team moving toward each other, more smoothly.
